AMPLUS INTERNATIONAL LTD is a corporate events management and marketing agency with operations in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania since the year 2013. We are pleased to invite applications from interested and qualified applicants for the SALES BRAND CHAMPION REPRESENTATIVE position for one of our clients.

Country: Kenya

Region:   Nairobi, Coast, Western & Kisumu

Residence: Estates/towns within Nairobi county, Coast (Voi, Mombasa & it’s environs, Mtwapa, Kilifi, Malindi, Diani), Western  (Kitale, Kakamega, Busia, Bungoma, Eldoret) and Kisumu & it’s environs

Terms of engagement: Temporary. To work 3 days a week for 9 months

Responsibilities

The position entails executing brand awareness campaigns in the assigned alcohol retail outlets with an aim to:

  • Conduct wet & dry product sampling
  • Convince the Retailers to list the product
  • Convince the customers to purchase the product
  • Build and sustain a strong rapport with the outlet sales staff and the outlet owners
  • Place & maintain POSM and the product on strategic positions to ensure brand visibility
  • Ensure company assets are well safeguarded and used for the assigned purpose
  • Submit accurate reports as required
  • Any other duty assigned by the Team Leader

Qualifications

  • Should be able to interact and handle customers who are under influence of alcohol while safeguarding their personal image, the brand’s image & the outlet image
  • Can work for long hours till late in the night
  • Confident with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, reliable, honest and passionate in sales
  • Proficient in operating a smartphone and owns one
  • At least a post-secondary academic achievement
  • Applicants residing in the target regions have an added advantage
