Insurance Sales Manager

Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Manager at Madison Group located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team, driving insurance sales, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing financial aspects of insurance transactions. This role requires both on-site presence at the Nairobi office and the ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

  • Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge
  • Experience in customer service
  • Finance knowledge and ability to manage financial aspects of insurance transactions
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant insurance certifications or licenses
