JOB GRADE “K“/CASB 9 (1 POST),

Salary: ksh. 38,270 x 1,470- 39,740 x 1,520- 41,260 x 1,710- 42,970 x 1,920- 44,890 x 2,000- 46,890 x 2,110 – 49,000 x 2,170 – 51,170 p.m,

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities will entail:

  • updating registration on GHRIS;
  • ensuring effective implementation of on-boarding plans;
  • assisting in developing training and development programs;
  • partisan staff Payroll and administration;
  • undertaking annual training needs assessment and generate the report thereof;
  • be the secretary to the Training Committee;
  • organizing benchmarking and team building programs;
  • managing training calendar implementation logistics and liaison;
  • keeping an updated skills inventory database; and
  • participating in the grievance handling process.

Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:

  • Served in the grade of Human Resource Management Officer II for a minimum period of three (3) years;
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:- Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
  • Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution; and
  • Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya and membership of good standing;
  • Demonstrated merit and ability in work performance and results.
