Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Institutional Management or relevant field of study from a recognized Institution;
  • A Diploma in Food and Beverage Production & Service, Hotel and Restaurant Management/Catering and Accommodation;
  • At least Three (3) years relevant work experience in a star related hotel;
  • Proficiency in laboratory operations.
