Job Description

Marshall Force Ltd is a Security Services Company with a focus of harnessing the numerous security sector opportunities in the Kenya.

We are looking for an ambitious and forward looking individual to cover the market and manage revenue.

To deliver sales revenue target for the Guarding, Alarm and CCTV Installations business and promoting the company’s range of products and services while forging a strong relationship with current & potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Guarding, Alarm and CCTV Installations sales strategy
• Achieve / Exceed sales targets for these services
• Customer retention – Develop strong business relationship with the customers.
• Ensure customers contracted are satisfied with the services provided.
• Provide feedback to the business on new business opportunities, competitor activity etc
• Facilitate new product introduction in his / her area.
• Collect initial payments for services contracted by customers.
• Identify promotions that may be unique to the particular area.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years’ experience selling in a challenging business environment preferably in a Security Service Industry.
• Age: At least 25 years of age.
• Presentable, no-reserved, able to interact with potential customers at all levels
• Resilient, results oriented, able to negotiate & conclude the sales process
• Should possess a high level of initiative
• Pleasant personality /good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
