PURPOSE:

Responsibilities

• Assess business risk proposal (Accept/Reject Risk) on the basis of existing underwriting guidelines;
• Issue quotations as per guidelines and within the TATs
• Prepare tender and prequalification documentations as per guidelines and within the TATs
• Attend to online tenders and prequalification documents as per guidelines and within the TATs
• Requisition and good maintenance of departmental stationery and equipment
• Ensure that CIC renewable tender documents remain current always
• Processing of departmental payments such as dues to service providers and tender purchases
• Provide fortnightly quotation conversion reports
• Provide monthly intelligence reports on prevailing rates
• Service to all customers within a reasonable time

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant field / Relevant technical training certificate / part qualification in relevant professional field
• Up to one (1) years’ relevant experience
