Sales Representative/ Receptionist/ Accounts Clerk

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGERS/SALES REPRESENTATIVES

  1. Enrollment of students
  2. Telemarketing through CRM
  3. Fees collection
  4. Customer service
  5. Exam management
  6. General branch operations management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ACCOUNTS CLERKS

  1. Debt/fees collection
  2. Bank/Mpesa reconciliations
  3. Petty cash Management
  4. Any other role as allocated by the Management
