This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Agent located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Residential Real Estate Agent will handle property sales and acquisitions, including client relationship management, property evaluations, market research, and negotiation of sales contracts. Daily responsibilities include delivering exceptional client support, showing residential properties to prospective buyers, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and solutions for clients

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and a proven track record in Sales performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in market research and familiarity with local real estate regulatory compliance.
• Experience in the local market of Nairobi County is a plus.
• Experience in Real estate is a plus.
