Job Description
We are avechi.com, a growing ecommerce platform in Kenya.
We are looking for young & passionate marketing individuals with a knack for social media and tech, to market our products on our platform
The job predominantly involves you marketing our products through videos on our digital channels
Successful applicants will undergo 3 to 6 months internship
- Internship pay: Ksh.15,000
- Job offer will be made based on performance during internship
Your work will revolve:
- Marketing of our products (smartphones, gadgets, fashion items) through our YouTube, Facebook and Instagram channels through videos
- Assist in offering customer support on social media (Answering queries on facebook, whatsapp according to the company’s voice and guidelines
- Assist in product data entry work on our website
- Monitor social media analytics using various tools
- Work daily to produce new content for our products, constantly innovating to push new ideas gauging how well those ideas perform.
- Coordinate campaigns with ongoing company initiatives and execute current marketing campaigns on the digital platform
Marketing Job Requirements:
- Must be confident, very presentable and fluent in English, Swahili and also sheng
- You must be a lover of technology (phones, gadgets) and also fashion in order to fit in this role
- Must know how to effectively engage an audience using words and actions
- Must have atleast a B+ and above in English, B and above in Mathematics, KCSE (Indicate your grades in CV)
