Head of Cost Control

  • We need a leader who understands that financial integrity and exceptional guest experiences go hand-in-hand the social house

Your Role:

  • As Head of Cost Control, you will oversee and optimize our cost management processes.
  • You will lead the cost control function, implement effective systems and partner with all departments to ensureseamless, efficient operations.

We’re Looking For:

  • A Strategic Mindset: You are analytical, detail-oriented and guide by integrity.
  • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in cost control, preferably within a five-star or boutique lifestyle hotel.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in hotel systems (Opera, Micros, Material Control) and advanced financial analysis tools.
  • Leadership Presence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor a team and drive a culture of cost awareness.

Chef de Partie- Baker

  • A craft-driven, disciplined, and innovative Baker to be the brand guardian of all baked goods across our outlets. At the House, baking is part of our guest experience and identity.
  • Lead daily production of artisan breads and pastries, ensuring 100% consistency in taste; texture, and freshness for every service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production: Lead daily artisan bread, roll and signature loaf production.
  • Management: Oversee schedules for restaurants, banquets, and events.
  • Quality Control: Enforce HACCP hygiene standards and manage food costs/waste.
  • Mentorship: Train and coach commis and junior bakers.
  • Innovation: Collaborate on seasonal and locally inspired bread concepts.

We’re Looking For:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Bakery / Culinary Arts.
  • 3-5 years in a professional bakery/hotel, with 1-2 years at CDP level.
  • Expertise in artisan sourdough, yeasted doughs, and high-volume operations.
  • Experience in a boutique or luxury lifestyle hotel.

Corporate Sales Account Manager

The Mission

  • To grow sustainable corporate revenue by securing preferred partnerships and repeat business from organizations aligned with our unique brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquisition: Identify and manage local and regional corporate accounts, NGOs and embassies.
  • Negotiation: Secure negotiated rate agreements and preferred supplier status.
  • Engagement: Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
  • Growth: Drive room nights, meetings and small corporate events. Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver monthly sales pipelines.

We’re Looking For:

  • 3-6 years in corporate hotel sales or B2B hospitality sales.
  • Strong connections within corporates, NGOS and professional service firms.
  • Structured, data-driven and able to lead with a “commercial mindset”.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
