Sales Executive (Healthcare)- Nairobi

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning for all assigned Corporate and Business Partners
  • Outline yearly plans for each group
  • Maintain service and training of all assigned Corporate and Business Partners customers within the assigned Business units.
  • Maintain yearly forecast for the Business units.
  • Work with group leaders daily through phone, in office visits or planned events. Focus on building relationships, business strategy and customer service. All assigned Corporate and Business Partner calls should be returned promptly and issues resolved in a timely & satisfying manner.
  • All sales and corresponding details pertaining to sales will be done on Sales Force
  • Ensure all groups are in good credit standing.
  • Responsible for on-boarding of customers into groups.
  • Manage internal staff training, engagement and support of Corporate and Business Partners.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of sales and marketing experience; 3 years of hearing aid industry experience
  • Ability to organize and execute a business plan.
  • Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proven experience in client management, and business development

Sales Director(Resort)- Diani

Key Responsibilities.

  • Lead direct sales efforts across individual, group, and travel trade segments, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, tour operators, and corporate clients – both local, but mainly international.
  • Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies, including special offers, marketing activities, and participation in trade events, with required approvals.
  • Organize and execute site inspections, familiarization/educational trips, press trips, and industry networking initiatives, ensuring effective follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Oversee accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and achievement of revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the Sales Business Plan.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned promotional materials, newsletters, and communication content across all platforms.
  • Uphold company policies, sales procedures, and service standards while ensuring customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, and quality representation of the brand.
  • Foster positive team collaboration and represent the company professionally, undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the Commercial Director or General Manager.

Key Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • MBA or advanced business qualification preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior commercial experience in hospitality.
  • Proven track record in international sales and distribution of hospitality properties
  • Experience managing teams and P&L responsibility
  • Strong background in working with tour operators, travel agents, and distribution partners across multiple markets
  • Deep understanding of global travel distribution systems and booking platforms
  • Strong knowledge of African market dynamics and customer segments
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with revenue management systems

Sales Manager(Resort)- Diani

The Sales Manager, will be reporting to the Sales Director and they will together ensure that Sales revenues in resorts are met and exceeded according to targets established by Corporate Sales & Marketing. This role entails working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales activities including quotations, contracts, and regular sales calls, maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients within assigned markets.
  • Implement together with the Sales Director, promotional initiatives, special offers, presentations, and advertising to increase market awareness and business conversion.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and local market dynamics to support informed decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting to support operational planning and ensure targets, profitability, and business mix expectations are met.
  • Support payment processes with Finance and ensure adherence to budgeted revenue, rate, and profitability goals for assigned markets.
  • Ensure all sales activities, materials, and client interactions follow company SOPs, brand guidelines, and service standards.
  • Handle client queries professionally, uphold a positive brand image, and support the DOS/Commercial Leadership with additional duties as required.

Key Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA may be beneficial but not required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or tourism sales, with exposure to the East African market
  • Proven track record of developing new business relationships and meeting sales targets
  • Established network within the Tourism sector.
  • Strong understanding of the East African travel market
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness
