• Accurately prepare & dispense medication.
• Manage & monitor pharmaceutical inventory.
• Collaborate with pharmacists & healthcare staff to ensure safe medication use.
• Support patient education & adherence to treatment.

Requirements

• Diploma in pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the pharmacy & poisons board is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Good knowledge of pharmacy laws & practices in Kenya.
• Excellent communication & organization skills.

Job Description

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, product performance, and emerging market trends.
• Ensure timely reporting on daily calls, customer feedback, and sales performance through assigned reporting formats.
• Plan and execute territory coverage effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Nursing, Biochemistry, or related health sciences.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of pharmacology and product knowledge.
• Self-driven and target-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision.
• At least 2 years experience.
