Media Buyer Analyst
We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer Analyst to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring advertising investments deliver measurable returns and align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other media platforms to achieve performance goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Allocate and track media spend efficiently across channels while ensuring adherence to client budgets.
- Audience Targeting: Conduct data-driven research to identify and refine audience segments for precision targeting and improved conversion rates.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on emerging digital trends, competitor activity, and evolving media landscapes to inform strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in media buying, digital marketing, or performance analysis.
- Proficiency in media management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
- Proven track record in managing paid campaigns and achieving ROI targets.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and A/B testing methodologies is an added advantage.
Account Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall account strategy, ensuring alignment with client business goals and delivering measurable impact across campaigns.
- Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and develop Account Managers to achieve excellence in client management, communication, and campaign delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, consultative relationships and ensuring client satisfaction at all levels.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization, ensuring quality control and on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Performance & Reporting: Review and analyze campaign outcomes, drawing insights to improve strategy and client ROI.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, supporting the business development team in driving revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Partner with creative, media, and digital strategy teams to deliver innovative and effective marketing solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Implement efficient workflows, improve client service standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising, digital, or media agency environment.
- Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and leading multi-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital media, and integrated campaign management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Copy Writer
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Meet with clients tunderstand their message, tone, and target audience. Collaborate with teams tpitch and execute creative concepts.
Content Development:
- Write clear, compelling, and error-free copy for digital and print touchpoints. Create monthly content plans tailored tassigned clients.
Campaign Work:
- Propose copy ideas and execute projects after approval.
- Interpret creative briefs and technical infintpersuasive messaging.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams tdeliver cohesive marketing materials.
- Edit and refine content based on feedback and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience writing for both print and digital platforms.
- Strong command of social media writing, including trends and hashtags.
- Familiarity with SEprinciples and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office and common content tools.
- Demonstrated creativity and collaborative spirit.
