Office Administrator Intern

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related.
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Support in filing, record keeping, and maintaining organized documentation.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly office environment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or administrative team.

Cabin Crew Trainer

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons. Prepare lesson plans, training manuals, and instructional materials in line with industry standards and curriculum requirements.
  • Assess student performance through tests & practical evaluations.
  • Mentor and guide students on professional conduct, grooming, and communication skills suitable for the aviation industry.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to maintain high training standards.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and Cabin Crew Trainer performance reports.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as senior cabin crew or crew trainer
  • Certification as a Cabin Crew Trainer from a recognized institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic e-learning tools.
