Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee complex audit assignments with excellence
  • Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic insights
  • Mentor and empower high-performing teams
  • Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to firm growth and thought leadership

Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA (K) or ACCA qualification
  • 6+ years of audit experience, including at least 2 in a managerial role
  • Deep understanding of IFRS, IPSAS, and public sector frameworks
  • Demonstrated integrity, vision, and leadership

Audit Senior

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit engagements and supervise junior auditors
  • Prepare audit documentation and financial statements
  • Apply IFRS, IPSAS, and relevant local frameworks
  • Engage clients with professionalism and analytical insight
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA (K) or ACCA qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of external audit experience
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills
  • A heart for service and a mind for strategy
