Personal Assistant (PA)

We are seeking a well-presented, highly organised, and self-driven Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, handle confidential information professionally, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate office activities, events, and logistics when required.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and ensure a strong company image.
  • Run errands and perform personal tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle visitors and clients with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Oncologist

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Oncologist, preferably of Indian nationality, to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should have completed specialized training in oncology and possess strong clinical skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing cancer patients. This role requires compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat various types of cancers using up-to-date oncology protocols.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
  • Review patient histories, imaging, laboratory results, and biopsy reports for accurate diagnosis.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and provide supportive care.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, radiologists, oncology nurses, and other specialists.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and prognosis.
  • Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and ongoing medical education.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent.
  • Specialized training in Oncology (required; Master’s degree is NOT mandatory).
  • Valid medical license to practice in Kenya or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in oncology practice.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of modern oncology treatments and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
