Healthcare Scheduler – PhoneCall

Requirements:

  • English C1
  • 2 years of experience as a Scheduler in health areas preferably
  • Basic office and computer skills with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Verbal Communication Answer telephone calls and inquiries in a professional, upbeat manner.
  • Communicate regularly with associates and clients to evaluate service quality.
  • Serve as liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.
  • Customer Focus Respond promptly and courteously to customer calls.
  • Receive and process referrals and inquiries regarding company programs.
  • Adaptability Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts as needed.
  • Decision Making & Judgment Maintain integrity in all interactions with caregivers and clients.
  • Demonstrate alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
  • Problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
