Greenland Fedha Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of KTDA Holdings and a Micro Finance Institution with a country wide network whose mandate is to provide financial services to the low income households in the tea sub-sector. We are seeking to recruit highly talented professionals to contribute positively to our business growth.
To qualify for this position, interested candidates must have a proven track record of performance; possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Computer literacy, ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure is essential.
Position Scope
Reporting to the Senior Credit officer/ Area Manager the Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) overall responsibility is to market GFL’s Biometric Security Solution and PESA ULIPO, among the tea growers in all the factory companies.
Key Responsibilities for the Direct Sales Representatives Job:
- Creating awareness of the GFL’s BSS Project through various forums;
- Assisting the customers in completing the BSS registration according to the prescribed criteria,
- Validating information provided by the customers.
- Responding to customers queries in regard to BSS project
Direct Sales Representatives Job Qualifications
The ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies:
- A minimum of C plain in KCSE or Division II in KCE
- A diploma/degree in business, community development, teaching,
- A good understanding of the tea sector environment;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in selling fast moving products or working with communities will be an added advantage.
