Job Description

BIDCORO Africa Ltd is a partnership between BIDCO Africa Ltd. and CORO A/S based in Denmark, formed to develop and deliver products specifically to suit the needs of the East African consumer.

Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)

To be successful in this role;

  • He/She must be able to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • He/She must be able to achieve high On-Time-In-Full(OTIF) delivery performance for both local and export customers.
  • He/She must maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through constant communication and quick resolutions of issues, if and when they arise.
  • He/She should be able to support efficient coordination between Customer Service, Production, Warehousing and Logistics.
