The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator for Campaign Management, you will:
  1. Coordinate with colleagues to project manage all assigned campaigns across offline and online
  2. Produce detailed reporting on the impact of the campaigns upon completion
  3. Organise in-house large scale events effectively and represent the brand at external events
  4. Network to build partnerships with local professional bodies, private companies and governments and build close connections to the media to capitalise on PR opportunities
  5. Effectively execute media buying activities, partnerships,and other offline initiatives
  6. Work with the Business CEO to manage offline budgets and ensure that campaigns, events and partnerships are aligned with the brand’s strategy
About You
  • Experience in running marketing campaigns both online and offline
  • Confident communicator with excellent people skills, strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Basic understanding of online campaign elements, SEO, social media, email marketing, Facebook advertising, Google Adwords search and display networks
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, with the ability to create clear reports and documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, international team environment and prioritise tasks based on business value
  • Minimum 3 years online and offline marketing experience

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead team of Campaign Managers
  2. Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack
  3. Coordinate on-time delivery of campaign manager team tasks via Trello
  4. Ensure ongoing training and development of team
  5. Join weekly meeting with Head of Brand Communications
  6. Hold weekly calls with Campaign Managers
  7. Benchmarking and knowledge transfer from business to business
  1. Own Marketing Campaign Master
  2. Analyse impact of marketing campaigns
  1. Lead marketing campaigns to ensure they are in line with brand strategy and leverage omnichannel execution
  2. Lead the creation of and keep up to date personas
  3. Lead the creation of and keep up to date competitive environment
  4. Establish and strategies how to optimise CLV for each brand
  5. Final round interview all Campaign Managers
  6. Execute NPS surveys once a quarter
  7. Organise events for marketing team, such as the annual marketing summit
