Full-Time Campaign Manager; Marketing Coordinator
Job Description

The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator for Campaign Management, you will:
- Coordinate with colleagues to project manage all assigned campaigns across offline and online
- Produce detailed reporting on the impact of the campaigns upon completion
- Organise in-house large scale events effectively and represent the brand at external events
- Network to build partnerships with local professional bodies, private companies and governments and build close connections to the media to capitalise on PR opportunities
- Effectively execute media buying activities, partnerships,and other offline initiatives
- Work with the Business CEO to manage offline budgets and ensure that campaigns, events and partnerships are aligned with the brand’s strategy
About You
Required:
- Experience in running marketing campaigns both online and offline
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills, strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Basic understanding of online campaign elements, SEO, social media, email marketing, Facebook advertising, Google Adwords search and display networks
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, with the ability to create clear reports and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast paced, international team environment and prioritise tasks based on business value
- Minimum 3 years online and offline marketing experience

Key Responsibilities
Organisational:
- Lead team of Campaign Managers
- Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack
- Coordinate on-time delivery of campaign manager team tasks via Trello
- Ensure ongoing training and development of team
- Join weekly meeting with Head of Brand Communications
- Hold weekly calls with Campaign Managers
- Benchmarking and knowledge transfer from business to business
Reporting:
- Own Marketing Campaign Master
- Analyse impact of marketing campaigns
Functional:
- Lead marketing campaigns to ensure they are in line with brand strategy and leverage omnichannel execution
- Lead the creation of and keep up to date personas
- Lead the creation of and keep up to date competitive environment
- Establish and strategies how to optimise CLV for each brand
- Final round interview all Campaign Managers
- Execute NPS surveys once a quarter
- Organise events for marketing team, such as the annual marketing summit
