Title: Call Centre Agents (10 Positions)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual with a nursing or else Healthcare background to join our Call Centre team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will utilize your nursing knowledge and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking assistance with healthcare-related inquiries, appointments, and services.

Provide empathetic and accurate support to clients, addressing their concerns and guiding them through the appropriate channels for assistance.

Utilize nursing knowledge to assess the urgency of client inquiries and provide appropriate guidance and referrals based on healthcare protocols.

Document client interactions accurately and thoroughly in the call centre system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to coordinate client care and facilitate timely responses to inquiries.

Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and resources to provide relevant and up-to-date information to clients.

Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and resilience in handling challenging client situations or inquiries.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of healthcare services and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Nursing, Clinical officer or relevant qualification from an accredited institution.

Minimum of one year of experience working in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in a healthcare-related field.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional customer service.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems and call centre software for documentation and communication purposes.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
