Job Description
Qualifications
- Diploma in customer service or business course / front office.
- Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills and must be able to communicate efficiently with patients and be sensitive to their needs.
- Basic IT skills and two years’ experience in customer care or front desk in a private hospital setting.

Additional mandatory general minimum requirements
