Missions of Hope International (MOHI) is a Christian non-governmental organization that reaches out to orphaned and vulnerable children and their families. Our Head Offices are at Pangani, Nairobi. We have operations among poor communities in various parts of Kenya. We have four main Missions: Education, Spiritual development, Health and Economic
empowerment.

With the current exponential growth we are experiencing, we seek to recruit a competent, qualified and self-driven professional to fill the following position:

The HR Manager supports the Director of HRD in designing sound staff management and Development systems and procedures that ensure that MOHI attracts and retains skilled and highly motivated personnel capable of delivering the organization’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • The holder must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Organizational Development or related field (a Master’s degree an added advantage), a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya and a Certified Human Resource Practitioner with at least 5 years in Management and or technical/advisory role in a middle/large organization.
